Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for a refund. If you would like to request a refund for your yearly subscription and you are within 30 days of your purchase date, please send an email to
support-refunds@sqr.me. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you the remaining amount in accordance with our
refund policy. In the email, please include the following information: your primary email address for your subscription purchase and the date of your subscription purchase that is linked to your Sona QR account. You will receive confirmation of your refund request and refund processing details.
